Super’s magic sauce is in automating communications and tracking tasks. Here are a few tips for getting the most out of it!
First, what can you do with a task in Super? Tasks make communications collaborative and actionable. You can add a due date, subscribers, categories, subtasks, status, set a recurring schedule, and convert it to a work order or compliance activity. We automatically track location if it's a resident request and set an auto-assignee by property.
How do you create a task? Tasks can be auto-created by email, phone, and text message when your Super contact information is used. Your contact info can be found in Property Details. Tasks can also be added directly into Super by tapping the "+" button.
How do you comment on a task? Simply reply to the email/text message notification about the task or login and add a comment.
What reminders do we send? We will send you a reminder of upcoming due dates—one month before, one week before, the day before, on the day, and if it is overdue. You can also sync tasks with due dates to your calendar.
