Have a company inbox? Forward it to Super!
If tenants reach out to you using a generic email address like info@ or maintenance@, simply set up email forwarding for those emails directly into Super. If it’s set up as an email group, add your new Super email address as a member of the group. If it’s set up as an individual inbox, add the Super email address as a forwarding address. Step-by-step walkthroughs on how to do that are available in this Help Center article.
Want to default forward all emails to certain team members?
You can even set up rules to have every email sent to/from certain team members in your organization to be captured in Super. We have a step-by-step guide for how to do that for Google Admins here.
Receive an email you want to land into Super? Use your Super email!
If you get an email you want to forward or add to Super you can simply forward it to your Super email address or CC your Super email address on the response. We’ll do the rest!
Send email notifications to your Super email.
You can use your Super email to forward email notifications from existing services, and create a user account with your Super email in order to send notifications directly into Super.
