Workspaces area great way to build focused views for specific types of tasks and track relevant information for them.

In addition to your complete task list, we offer three types of workspaces: general, work orders, and compliance.

What is a work order? Full access and admin level users can convert a task to a work order. This will allow you to assign and notify a vendor, add a budget estimate, and track the amount of time for the work order.

What is a compliance task? Full access and admin level users can also add a task to the compliance workspace. This will allow you to add an inspection type, add vendors, track budget, and track time. For our NYC Compliance Monitoring customers, all NYC compliance tasks will also appear here.

Who can see and do what? Full access and admin level users can add tasks to workspaces as well as track their progress. Standard access and no access users can only add new tasks and see the tasks they are subscribed to.
