How announcements work Announcements let you instantly send an email, SMS, or voice message notification to selected properties and property groups, similar to an email BCC. Any replies will come back to the property’s task list.

Sending an announcement Tap the + button to create a new announcement in the app. From there, select which properties (entire portfolio, a selection of properties, or a single one), and select which people or property groups (for instance, owners-only or all residents). Compose your announcement, select the channels you want it to be distributed on, and hit send. See the step-by-step walkthrough.
