To forward calls from your existing phone line to your Super phone number, simply implement call forwarding from your phone line to your assigned Super phone number.
Forward all calls to your main line to your assigned Super phone number.
Add your Super phone number as a selection on your existing phone IVR.
For overflow only, you can add the Super phone number as the final number in your phone tree.
For after-hours only, you can make the Super phone number the number to forward to during specific hours.
You can find your Super phone number on https://app.hiresuper.com/settings > Integrations.
Once forwarding is set up, your Super phone number will answer calls and automatically create a summary and transcription of it as a task. Any escalations required will dial to specified external numbers from your Handoff Rules, and any messages will be assigned according to your Handoff Rules.
