Changing your account email notifications

Individuals can adjust their email notification settings for their entire profile or on a per-task basis. We offer the following settings at the profile-level:

• Frequency of email notifications

  • Activity based: as-they-happen updates for any new activity on tasks the individual is assigned or subscribed to
  • Daily digest: a daily summary of unread notifications
  • Weekly digest: a weekly summary of unread notifications
  • Monthly digest: a monthly summary of unread notifications

• Property managers and sponsors can also opt-in to a monthly summary of the activity across their entire portfolio. Board members can opt-in to a monthly summary of activity in their property.

  

• Notification settings can be accessed from the left-hand navigation bar under the link “Settings and support” > “My notifications”

  

Unsubscribing from an individual task’s notifications

Individuals can always unsubscribe from a specific task to stop receiving email notifications from it from the email footer.
