In order to route calls to your Super phone number, which is considered an external number outside of Dialpad, you will need to contact their Customer Care Team first to get this enabled: Customer Care Team.

From Dialpad.com, navigate to Dialpad Admin Settings:

  1. Navigate to Contact Centers

  2. Select the desired Contact Center

  3. Go to Business Hours & Call Handling

  4. Select Call Routing

  5. Select Edit Call Routing

  6. Select “Other Routing Options”

  7. Select “To a team member, room phone, or external number” (make sure you have reached out to Dialpad Customer Support to enable this)

  8. Enter the Super phone number as the external number to forward to
