From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings

  1. Navigation to the Call Handling & Voicemail section

  2. Select Receive Email Notifications for New Voicemail

  3. To get email alerts about all calls coming in to your call center line, in your Dialpad settings, navigate to the Email and Alerts section. Edit your scheduled reports and enable “Voicemails” for specific Contact Centers.

  4. To add Super as an additional email address for notifications, you can leverage Dialpad’s Executive Assistant functionality which costs no extra fees to their Standard Business plans.

    1. From Dialpad.com, select Office Settings
    2. Navigate to Executive-Assistant
    3. Select Add new Executive-Assistant pair
    4. Enter the name of the Executive, like “Super Assistant”
      1. If you're on a Pro or Enterprise plan, you can choose to allow the Assistant permission to view the Executive's voicemail, transcripts, and recordings
      2. To find your Super email address, go to app.hiresuper.com/association.
    5. Select Add
