To get email alerts about all calls coming in to your call center line, in your Dialpad settings, navigate to the Email and Alerts section. Edit your scheduled reports and enable “Voicemails” for specific Contact Centers.
To add Super as an additional email address for notifications, you can leverage Dialpad’s Executive Assistant functionality which costs no extra fees to their Standard Business plans.
