Training your AI Assistant with knowledge is what makes it even more helpful and customized. This is the knowledge your AI Assistant will use for answering questions or handling scenarios. Think of it like training an employee—and the type of instructions you would give to them!

Useful types of information for your Knowledge Base

How to manage knowledge bases

  1. Login to app.hiresuper.com
  2. Click on your company’s name in the upper left hand corner to open the company dropdown
  3. Click on “Settings and Support”
  4. Navigate to AI Agent > Knowledge
  5. Click “+ Add” to create a new knowledge base
    1. Give your knowledge base a title
    2. Select which properties it applies to. If it is company wide, leave this empty
    3. Add your knowledge. We recommend theming and grouping knowledge, and you may add as many knowledge bases as you need.
  6. Click the “…” next to knowledge base to edit or duplicate
