Super is an official marketplace integration partner with Rent Manager.

With this integration, Rent Manager customers can automatically:

• Give their Super AI agent context for their properties
• Give their Super AI agent context for their tenant and owner contacts
• Give their Super AI agent context for their currently available listings
• Have their Super AI agent create a service request

In order to activate this integration, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Rent Manager account

2. Go to Command Launch and search for “Available Integrations”

   

3. Search for “Super Software” to find Super

   

4. Click “Request Activation”

1. The Super team will approve the activation and resulting permissions for the integration.

2. Once approved, log in to ai.hiresuper.com

3. Navigate to Settings > Integration. Click “Connect” under Rent Manager

   

4. Enter your company configuration ID, which is the same ID in your Rent Manager login URL (e.g. ConfigID.rmx.rentmanager.com)
