Your Super-assigned phone number allows for sending and receiving text messages. Each text message will reference a corresponding “Thread ID” which is tied to that specific task conversation.

Texting into Super

Using the “thread ID” to keep the same conversation thread for your management team.

When sending a text message to the Super phone number, use thread IDs to reference conversations about the same topic. Any text message without a thread ID will create a new task in Super.

New tasks will receive a confirmation with the new thread ID.

To respond to a specific thread, simply start any text messages back with the corresponding thread ID.

To start a new thread about a different topic, simply start a new text message without a thread ID, and a new thread ID will be assigned.

Subscribing a contact via text message

You can also add a contact’s cell phone to a thread by subscribing them to a task via SMS.

This will notify them that they have been subscribed to a new thread and allow them to see any new comments and reply to the thread by using the thread ID.

This allows you to add contacts by text message while maintaining conversations by specific thread IDs so that comments are logged to the correct tasks in Super.
