Because Super is compatible with email and text message, it’s that simple to use on the go—you can always send an email or text to the property to log a new task or respond to one.
Super’s responsive web app can also be used on your mobile device by logging in via app.hiresuper.com.
Take this example from one of our property management customers, Sierra.
Sierra asks her superintendents to do a walk through of each of her eight properties at least once a week. She asks them to takes pictures of new and unresolved issues, and has them text the photos from their phones to the thread ID for the task.
This automatically creates a new task from the superintendent, assigns it to her, and also saves the pictures to the property’s files for her records.
