You can customize your AI Assistant even further—how it talks, how it sounds, and even its name.

By default, Super’s AI Assistants are provided training on US fair housing law and other property management basics. However, you may want to add your own details around what you allow it to answer or speak about. You can add instructions around specific topic areas it can’t speak to and what it is allowed to answer under “Customize agent.”

You can also change the default greeting, choose your agent’s tone of voice, the sound of its voice, and how creative it is with the knowledge you have provided it.

To customize your AI agent:

  1. Login to app.hiresuper.com
  2. Click on your company’s name in the upper left hand corner to open the company dropdown
  3. Click on “Settings and Support”
  4. Navigate to AI Agent > Customize agent
  5. Input your customizations and click “Save customization”

Change the name from AI Assistant

If you want to name your AI Assistant something else, you can edit its contact profile.

  1. Login to app.hiresuper.com
  2. Navigate to “Directory”
