Forward calls from your RingCentral number to your Super number

You can forward your calls to a non-RingCentral number, such as mobile number, landline, and answering service.

  1. Sign in to your RingCentral admin account

  2. Add a new user called "Super AI."

  3. Under "Phone," select "Incoming call rules"

  4. In "Incoming call rules," select "Forward all calls" and set your Super phone number.

  5. Navigate to "Phone System" > "Auto-Receptionist" > "Call Handling"

  6. For incoming calls, select "A specific user"
