Forwarding email notifications from RingCentral to your Super email
- Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
- To set your notifications:
- If you’re an admin, click Admin Portal > My Extension in the top right, then click Settings in the top menu.
- If you’re not an admin, click Settings in the top menu.
- To set another user’s notifications:
- Click Users > User List in the top menu.
- Select a user from the Users with Extensions list.
- Go to Notifications > Messaging Notifications.
- Select Basic Settings or Advanced Settings from the dropdown in the upper right.

- Check the boxes to specify which notifications will be received.
- If you’ve set email notifications, enter your Super email address to the Send Notifications to list, separated by commas or semicolons.
- You can find your Super email address at app.hiresuper.com/association.

Forward calls and texts from your RingCentral number to your Super number
You can forward your calls to a non-RingCentral number, such as mobile number, landline, and answering service.

Sign in to your RingCentral online account

Follow the navigation path depending on your access profile:
a. Admins: On the Quick Access page in the Admin Portal, navigate to Users > Manage Users, select the extension to configure, then click Call Forwarding and Voicemail.
b. Users: Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding and Voicemail.

Under the Work Hours tab, click Add number or coworker .

Choose whether the added number is a Number or Coworker under the Name column.

Enter the Name for the device under the Name column.
