We can accept email notifications from several property management systems. The simplest way is to create a user login for your “Super Assistant” using your Super email address within your property management system.

  1. To find your Super email address, go to app.hiresuper.com/association.
  2. Create a user login for your “Super Assistant” using your Super email.
  3. Under the account’s settings, select email notifications for all new tasks, comments, and communications you want forwarded into Super.

  1. Go to settings under the Super Assistant account.
  2. Click the checkbox for notification emails when "Online maintenance requests are received" (and any other email notifications you may want us to capture).
