Navigate to “Mail” > “Junk email” > “Add”
Add [email protected] and [email protected]. Click save.
You will primarily receive emails from Super from these two email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]
To receive these messages and reduce the risk of them landing in spam or being blocked, please add these contacts to your whitelist. A whitelist is a list of approved or safe email addresses that help your email provider’s spam filter determine whether it should be delivered.
Here is how to add these addresses as a contact by email provider:
Navigate to “Mail” > “Junk email” > “Add”
Add [email protected] and [email protected]. Click save.
Click the gear icon and then “See all settings”
Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” > “Create a new filter”
In the “From” box, enter @mail.hiresuper.com to whitelist our entire domain.
Click “Create filter”
On the next page, click “Never send it to Spam” and then “Create filter”
